WARRANTY

With love and dedication to work under the concept “All cars are ours,” Star Headliner also selects premium products manufactured by plant overseas and introduces those products to customer in Thailand as options. Besides, Star Headliner guarantees satisfaction by product and service warranty for your confidence everytime of service use. The warranty is to guarantee the quality of our products and work that all star lights installed by the company are truly from our care and delicacy, even in small details. Product and service warranty of the company contains the following terms and conditions.

Star Headline gives precedence to all customers by warranty of all star lights. 

Product and service warranty of Star Headliner contains simple terms and conditions, without causing the feeling of discomfort. Customers can choose either product purchase with installation service or product purchase for self-installation. There are 2 types of terms and conditions of this warranty as follows.

  • In case of product purchase with installation service: Or it is so-called ‘Lifetime Warranty.’ Customers must purchase products with installation service from authorized distributors of the company. The terms and conditions of claims are not complicated at all. To clarify, in case of damage or dilapidation while using, the company will provide you the replacement with installation for free. The products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The replaced products must be the same features as well as models. The company must not acknowledge modification, amendment, or transform products into any other forms by customer themselves. Else, they cannot be claimed in all cases. And in case manufacturing of any particular model is quit, it cannot be claimed.
  • In case of product purchase for self-installation: In this case, products can be claimed when customers discover damage within 7 days from the date of receipt. The company will guarantee product claims under terms and conditions that such damage must be caused by dilapidation from manufacturing, damage of products themselves, or damage caused by transportation process only.  For the replacement methods, customers must bring same products for replacement under the same physical conditions, without damaged packaging. Thus, before discarding or destroying product boxes, please examine product conditions first. What’s more, products to be replaced must be the same products and the same models as purchased. In case the company acknowledges product change, those claims will not be inclusive. And all claims cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nonetheless, our product and service warranty is only the process to guarantee the perfection of products and services.
